As part of celebrating my Mom's birthday, we all headed to the balloon fest on Saturday night. It was a little iffy at first whether or not the balloons would lift 'off' due to some rain clouds and wind. After 6:30 though, all was clear and calm. It's amazing that the general public is allowed to be up close and personal with the balloons and pilots. Most bring their lawn chairs and sit in the distance to watch, but we all loved walking around in the midst of it all. So fun!
